How payment works
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, handles VAT and sales tax in every jurisdiction, and lets you pay with credit and debit cards, iDEAL (Netherlands), and Alipay. We never see or store your payment details — Paddle gives us a customer ID and a subscription status, which is all we need to turn your Pro features on.
Cancel anytime, 14-day refund
You can cancel at any time from your Paddle receipt email or by emailing us. Cancelling means you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then revert to free — your account, stats, and history are unaffected. A full money-back refund is available within 14 days of any payment, including renewals. See our Refund Policy for details.
Get notified when Pro launches
Pro is in final integration testing with Paddle. To be notified when subscriptions open, email support@cubedoku.com with the subject “Notify me when Pro launches.” We will email you once — no marketing list, no follow-ups, just a single notification.
